In his role, Toby oversees transitional program housing, vehicles, the transitional staff team, and participants. He works to create stable homes, dependable resources, and steady support so participants can rebuild their lives with confidence and purpose.

Toby is motivated by the belief that lasting transformation happens through faithful discipleship, consistent mentorship, and Christ-centered accountability.

Outside of JUMPSTART SC, he values time with family and continued personal growth.
