Our structured Program is the backbone for ending recidivism
In cooperation with our donors, churches and the community, JUMPSTART’s Inside Program combines structured biblical teaching with practical training and accountability. By addressing both spiritual and practical needs before release, participants gain the tools to thrive on the outside.
40 Week Discipleship Process
The 40-week program is built around “The Purpose Driven Life” by Rick Warren, paired with JUMPSTART’s Lifebook and worksheets that help participants apply biblical truth to daily life.
Peer-Led Accountability
Small groups and peer assessments create a culture of responsibility. Through small groups, participants are regularly assessed, encouraged, and held accountable to growth milestones.
Daily Disciplines
Participants commit to consistent prayer, Scripture reading, and journaling to develop rhythms of faith that continue after release.
Well-Trained Volunteers
We ensure all volunteers receive thorough training before serving. When ready, they enter the prisons, serving alongside a team of highly qualified and seasoned JUMPSTART veterans.
