Waylon Waldrop

Waylon serves at JUMPSTART SC as a Certified Peer Support Specialist, supporting individuals in the transitional program through recovery-focused guidance, advocacy, and resource coordination.

In addition, Waylon serves as Transitional Program Specialist and Director of Transportation and Housing. In this role, he oversees transportation logistics, housing placements, scheduling, and policy implementation to ensure participants receive safe, timely, and structured support.

Waylon brings a strong work ethic, professionalism, and empathy to the organization. He values clear systems, accountability, and collaboration while maintaining the ability to problem-solve and work independently when needed.
