Scott Catoe 

Scott Catoe serves at JUMPSTART SC as the Director of Leadership Development, helping to build leaders who build leaders, both on staff and in the transitional program.

He has served as Pastor of Slater Baptist Church for 12 years, along with serving the SC Baptist Convention and Three Rivers Baptist Association in church strategy and revitalization work. He holds a Master's from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Doctorate from North Greenville University, and is a certified Biblical Counselor with the International Association of Biblical Counselors.

Scott counsels, coaches, and develops strategies that create a reproducible, biblically based discipleship and leadership strategy, aligning JUMPSTART strategies to real-world discipleship for Christ's glory. He has been married to his beloved Ruth Anne for 26 years, and they have two children, Luia and Gabriel.

Outside of work, he loves serving his family, serving his church, anything musical, and you will often find him lifting weights at the local gym.
