Roxanna brings more than 25 years of experience in professional kitchens, along with a deep passion for food, service, and helping others. A graduate of San Francisco State University, she has built her career through hands-on culinary experience, thoughtful leadership, and a genuine love of bringing people together around the table.

As JumpStart's Sous Chef and Catering Operations Manager, Roxanna's role extends far beyond preparing meals. She believes the kitchen can be a place where people develop confidence, responsibility, teamwork, and practical skills that help create a stronger, more hopeful future.
