Roger Campana

Roger serves as Executive Chef at JUMPSTART SC, leading JUMPSTART Catering & Events and contributing to the organization’s workforce development efforts through culinary training.

Before joining JUMPSTART SC in 2025, Roger worked as a culinary instructor and executive chef, building extensive experience in food service operations, kitchen leadership, and cost management. His background in both instruction and high-level kitchen management equips him to train participants while maintaining professional standards.

In his role, Roger oversees menu development, kitchen operations, food cost control, and participant training within the social enterprise. He works to ensure that catering services operate efficiently while also creating hands-on learning opportunities that prepare individuals for long-term employment.

Roger is motivated by the opportunity to give back through teaching and mentorship. He is especially encouraged by seeing participants regain confidence, develop discipline, and build practical skills that open doors for future employment.

Outside of work, Roger enjoys boat restoration and spending time with his wife and grandchildren.
