Bio
Don Williams is a founding leader of JUMPSTART SC and has played a foundational role in shaping its discipleship and employment readiness model.
With a background in workforce development and community engagement, Don helped merge employment training with Christ-centered mentorship when JUMPSTART SC formally launched. His experience in equipping individuals for meaningful work has remained central to the organization’s structure.
Don’s work focuses on integrating spiritual growth with practical opportunity. He believes lasting transformation requires both discipleship and responsibility, and he continues to support the development of sustainable systems that reflect that conviction.
His motivation is rooted in faith and in the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to rebuild with dignity and accountability.
Outside of JUMPSTART SC, Don values family, mentorship, and service within the local church.
