Catherine Davis

Catherine Davis serves as Chief Innovation Officer at JUMPSTART SC, serves as a strategic partner to the CEO focused on data integrity, organizational learning, and innovation that drives measurable mission impact. She ensures JUMPSTART SC listens well, measures what matters, and turns insights into meaningful improvements.

Catherine brings a background in medical and behavioral care, including experience as a Mohs Histotechnologist at MUSC in Charleston and as a Registered Behavioral Therapist providing ABA therapy to children with autism. She has also led large-scale event coordination as a Social Exhibitor Coordinator for a regional horse show circuit. These roles shaped her skills in leadership, communication, team coordination, and structured problem-solving.

Catherine is motivated by seeing lives changed through Christ-centered discipleship and structured support. She is especially encouraged by witnessing generational impact as participants grow in faith, stability, and responsibility.

Outside of JUMPSTART SC, Catherine lives in Boiling Springs with her husband, Jeremiah. They enjoy time with family and friends, hiking, cheering on Clemson sports, and playing disc golf.
